Pat created the SALT Method to help people reclaim strength, energy, and confidence. With decades of leadership and creative brand-building experience, and certifications in training, strength, and nutrition, Pat’s vision is to empower everyday people, especially the 50+ community, to live without limits and move with purpose.
Dr. Matthew Hemsley

Matt believes in shifting the focus from pain to function. With 25+ years in rehabilitation and strength training, he integrates corrective exercise, injury prevention, and movement longevity. His mission is simple: keep people doing what they love for as long as possible.

Jeff makes science simple. For over 30 years he has studied the mechanics of movement, from hip/glute power to fall prevention, and translates evidence into everyday action. His gift is showing how biomechanics can elevate both performance and daily life.
